- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp coffee extract
- 1 tbsp dark coffee
- Chopped pecans
- A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
- Begin by mashing your bananas using a fork. Add the remaining wet ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients, excluding the pecans. Stir until combined, then fold in the chopped nuts.
- Transfer the batter to a parchment-lined baking pan and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center; if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
- For the optional topping, combine all ingredients and simmer using the bain-marie method.
