BECOME A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION
The application for membership in the Eu si Endometrioza Association can be downloaded HERE. After completing the application, you can send it scanned, electronically, to the address: eusiendometrioza@gmail.com to be validated.
After acceptance, please send us proof of payment via email. In the payment details, it is necessary to mention: the initial registration fee + membership fee for the months X-Y-Z (specify the months for which you are paying).
It is necessary to specify this mention exactly and not donation or sponsorship!
The initial registration fee for the Association is 50 lei for individuals and 100 lei for legal entities, payable once.
The monthly membership fee for individuals is 10 lei/month and for legal entities is 100 lei/month.
